What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction invites a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human.

If you see spiritual growth as an important part of  your life’s purpose you may benefit from spiritual direction. 

This listening presence offers you an opportunity to explore your desire for spiritual growth, while renewing and strengthening your sense of connection to that greater, underlying truth one might want to call The Intent Behind the Universe and whom many call God , Yahweh,  Allah,  or the Tao.

Engaging in the process encourages you to explore a closer relationship with the  Sacred.  In the midst of a busy life, many people find it difficult to notice God's action and presence in their daily affairs.  Yet, at the deepest level, all of us long for a more conscious experience of  that presence and love.  

What is Spiritual Counseling?

Spiritual Counseling provides a safe, inviting environment to explore one’s spiritual dimension in order to restore and strengthen one’s sense of connection to Source Energy however one might name It (God, The Universe, Creator, Great Spirit).  Spiritual Counseling provides a witness to one’s creative process in bringing balance and harmony in the midst of life’s activity. With a listening presence attentive to your words, your presence and your spirit you are invited to search for what has heart, meaning and purpose for you at this time of your life.

You will not be given answers, but will be accompanied and supported as you discover the answers that exist within you.

It is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling or financial planning.
